Payment | Order Processing | Cancellation
Payment: All merchandise and shipping fees must be paid in full to process and ship your order.
Order Processing: Alexander Marchant reserves the right to contact the client and request additional payment verification information prior to accepting, processing, and shipping the order.
Alexander Marchant reserves the right to decline to process an order at any time.
Cancellation: Alexander Marchant allows up to 48 hours from the date of purchase to cancel an order without incurring a fee. After 48 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
Domestic: We use UPS Ground to ship orders within the Continental United States. Additional shipping fees apply to Hawaii & Alaska. Alexander Marchant requires a minimum purchase of $50 on orders shipping to US Territories & Canada. Email Customer Support or call 512-462-1444 for an estimate.
We are unable to accept orders with shipping addresses to a PO Box.
Expedited Domestic: Expedited shipping service refers only to methods other than UPS Ground. This shipping option only pertains to the method from Alexander Marchant to you and is available upon request. Email Customer Support or call 512-462-1444 for an estimate.
Our products are made-to-order and estimated lead times still apply.
International: Shipping orders to an international address will require an order minimum of $250. The client is responsible for paying duties and taxes. Shipping delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of Alexander Marchant. Please email Customer Support or call 512-462-1444 for an estimate.
Local Pick-up: Alexander Marchant offers local showroom pick-up in our Austin, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City areas.
Returns | Refunds
Please take time to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Should there be any issues, or you simply change your mind, you must contact Customer Support within seven (7) business days from the original delivery date. Fragile items, containing but not limited to glass, crystal, stone, or ceramic must be inspected with 3 days.
Returned items MUST BE unused, have not been installed, and are in their original factory condition and packaging or they will not be eligible for return. Items specified as non-returnable will not be accepted except when the determined item has a manufacturing defect and falls within the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Alexander Marchant utilizes RMA numbers to track returns. Include paperwork and the provided RMA number, with the return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, except in the case of manufacturer’s warranty.
All shipping arrangements and charges for a return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED upon delivery. We cannot guarantee any refund if the items are not verified as delivered.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for a refund.
Damaged | Defective | Incorrect
If an item has been installed, and is determined to be faulty, malfunctioning, or otherwise defective, please report this issue to Customer Support immediately upon discovery so that we can proceed with warranty replacement or repair.
This process, and the warranty limits, may vary by manufacturer and can be provided upon request. Most items are covered for factory defects from one year of date of purchase. Alexander Marchant will provide a return-shipping label for defective products.
Alexander Marchant will facilitate the return or repair of any product determined to be defective, faulty, damaged, or incorrect, as agreed upon by the manufacturer, provided that the repair or replacement does not include installation costs, labor charges, or other incidental costs.
Any claim of damaged or defective items that Alexander Marchant or the manufacturer determined due to installation error, will not be considered for return of product or refund. Any resultant repair for damage, i.e., surrounding surfaces, other fixtures, in the home that is determined to be the fault of an installation error, is not the financial responsibility of Alexander Marchant.
Many of our products may require additional parts to make your purchase operational. If your purchase falls into this category, the item will not be considered defective.

Shipping & Handling / In-store Pick-Up
Our shipping and handling charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling, and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Please review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees for clarification of costs and/or fees.
Alexander Marchant offers in-store pick up at both our Austin, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City showrooms, including paid hold and ship to services.
Acceptable Risk
You are responsible for your use of the Web Site, and for any use of the Web Site made using your account. Alexander Marchant’s goal is to create a positive, useful, and secure user experience. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful to other users or to us. When you use the Web Site, you may not:

Product Pricing
The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available on other vendor web sites or in catalogs. Web Site prices will be displayed in U.S. Dollars.

On occasion there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Alexander Marchant reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you do not wish to continue your purchase after pricing or other information has been corrected, please contact us right away and we will work with you to cancel or return your order.
